Where we ship

We ship across India through our courier partner. At checkout, enter your pincode to confirm that we deliver there and whether Cash on Delivery is available for it.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping: ₹49 on orders below ₹599, and free on orders of ₹599 or more.
Express delivery (where the courier offers it): a flat ₹99 per order, in place of standard shipping.

The exact charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 0–7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays, and during busy periods dispatch may take a few extra days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

When your order ships, you receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number, which becomes active within 24 hours. You can also follow your order at any time on the Track Order page with your order number and mobile number.

Damage in transit

If the product inside your parcel arrives damaged, please follow our Return & Refund Policy: email care@herboroot.in within 2 days of delivery with your Order ID and a full unboxing video, and keep all packaging and the damaged goods until your request is resolved. Beyond what that policy covers, Herboroot is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping; please contact the courier to file a claim.
